I interviewed with both the branch manager and assistant branch manager. The interview was very straight to the point. There was not much of a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interviews acted as if it was another task to mark of their list for the day instead of making the interviewee comfortable in their potential work environment.

The interview process was great. Went fairly quickly and wasn't nerve-wracking at all. I had very good interviewers. It lasted for approximately 45 minutes. They explained everything to me as best as possible. Be sure you have questions to ask because they do like that.

Behavioral based questions, be ready to answer questions with story examples. One interview with manager and asst manager, 4 weeks total. I accepted and started 2 weeks later. Overall was a great experience.

Applied online, and after received a pretty long assessment which I didn’t find difficult. Afterwards, I was invited to my local branch for interview which was mostly experience and behavioral questions.
