The recruiter later explained their system had been down for a few days. The panel interview itself was very intense and heavily focused on domain knowledge. This was interesting because I asked the hiring manager about their biggest challenges when starting and they mentioned that gaining domain-specific knowledge was exactly what they struggled with when they first started.
