I had interviews with NMP and they were excellent. The staff treats you as a professional and values each person's contributions. There were interviews with NMP associates with varying backgrounds who each added value to the interview process. The interview process was very efficient and forthright. This is a first class company.

Usually a 3 step process - a) recruiter will have a preliminary discussion, b) technical screening by area expert c) in-person interview with an executive. Sometimes, depending on the subject area or experience level, the process is adjusted with increased or decreased no of steps.
During the entire process of interviewing, one thing that's common to all levels is that how good the candidate fits with company culture.
