Applied via agent. Had interview with director and a short case study to do to show that you can present information ok. Second round with higher director and one other. Friendly and laid back.
It wasn't too complicated. It was laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and made me comfortable. I had 3 phone interviews and one face to face with the director of my division. He told me his expectations of me and asked when I wanted to start.

1 short phone interview, then an in-person interview two weeks later: 3 30-minute interviews with members of the team. All of the team members were very nice and respectful and asked reasonable questions.
