Was interviewed by a recruitment agency by phone, then did a zoom group interview with the director of counseling services and the department trainer. The interview involved listening to a recorded call to give an idea of a typical day. The interviewers asked many unique questions, not just the typical, "what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses" type of questions. Was offered a position the same day. Several weeks of training was provided on the start date including several weeks of call shadowing before starting on my own.
