Four total rounds of interviews including phone screen is what the recruiter told me in the phone screen. I never made it past the phone screen even though I am a recent graduate and their Job Title explicitly states "New College Graduates". This is in spite of the fact I worked as a Retail Team Lead for nearly two years leading a department and hitting many metrics while also having to go to school full-time. They aren't serious about hiring new graduates. I would look elsewhere.
