Went through two rounds of interviews (they considered me for two positions). Both went very well, and they sent me the case studies for both roles. I completed them (and know I did well) and received absolutely no follow-up from the manager or HR. Found it extremely inconsiderate after putting in the hours to do the homework.

Entretien
The interview process has a series of recruiter and hiring manager conversations. They had me do a case study that took at least 15 hours to complete.
They never responded after I submitted it. Ghosting someone after having them put in that much work is simply reflective of the quality of people that work there.
I would encourage everyone to question the culture of this company through the interview process. They have no idea what they are doing. Imagine how they treat people on the inside.
