A company recruiter reached out to set up a phone screening. During the call, the recruiter was friendly and we seemed to get along great.
I received a rejection email the following day. When asked for feedback, I was shocked to hear that I did not have the skills and experience for the job. I found this strange, considering they have hired people straight out of college for this role.

Entretien
Not the company to work for. Office is appalling and the sales team appeared to be in disarray at the office. Management didn't understand their own headcount and has a pause on hiring. 4 rounds of interviews. 1st is recruiter screen, 2nd is the interview with the hiring manager. 3rd is an interview with a current SDR at Navan/director of sales back to back, 4th interview is a slide deck presentation.
