Enjoyed meeting with the people at TripActions - positive exerpeince getting to know the individuals doing the job day-to-day. However, main recruiter I worked with was very pushy. Wanted me to sign right away, no room for negotiation and no patience when I said I wanted to think about it some more. Eseentially expected me to sign right then and there. My advice: make sure SDR is the very role you want, because you will not be considered for any other role even if you are qualified.

Entretien
Not the company to work for. Office is appalling and the sales team appeared to be in disarray at the office. Management didn't understand their own headcount and has a pause on hiring. 4 rounds of interviews. 1st is recruiter screen, 2nd is the interview with the hiring manager. 3rd is an interview with a current SDR at Navan/director of sales back to back, 4th interview is a slide deck presentation.

Process started with a phone call with a recruiter. Followed by a zoom interview with Sales manager. Then a zoom interview with an SDR and another interview with Sales Manager

A lot of interviews and a lot of different people you will meet. I had a great time interviewing with each person and every position and different levels of each employee.
