The first interview was a phone call talking about the position and what is NAVAIR. They asked some simple questions on what does my job do and college I went to. The second interview in person was mainly going over my resume and asking questions on my job. No technical questions. The people who interviewed me were chill and cool to talk to. I was hired on the spot.

Lots of personality and work ethics questions. Not many technical questions asked. One interview and it lasted about 45mins with 3 interviewers. Overall, a easy interview coming out of college and GPA come into play with salary.
