1 hour written test on paper, nobody present in the room to check if you're not cheating... Then a 30 minute talk with some people (Glassdoor won't let me specify their positions...?) One was good and communicative, another joined for the last 15 minutes and it didn't look like the person cares. Didn't really get answers to my questions (Missing any engineer/technical oriented person at the interview.) about what programmers do at their company/branch/position, Very SAP-centric not necessarily technical but management jargon speak.
