I spoke with a corp manager and a gm. They asked me about previous experience in food service(Panera is a plus) My first thoughts walking into the place and the gm handed me a legal pad and asked me to walk around the cafe and find things that I though the employees could be doing. He also asked me if I was a morning person because if I wasn't he told me he wouldn't schedule me openings shifts. Both managers were very polite and I hit it off well with both of them.
