The interview process was quite standard. I had several interviews with different people on the team and on adjacent teams, with different levels of seniority. Some interviews were remote and others were in person
Interviewers were 15 minutes late to a scheduled 45 minute interview. They did not bother to get to know me or understand how my background would fit into the wider team and instead, felt like they were focusing on all the differences between my background and their team
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Natixis (Sydney)
Entretien
In a 10-minute brief train wreck of an interview, one of the interviewers was able to demonstrate the following: arrogance, rudeness, no due diligence for the JD nor the candidate's profiles, no idea whatsoever how to conduct an interview, no effective communication with the recruiter nor the candidate, and no training/learning opportunities available in the organization.
It was really marvelous when you think about it. And one can't imagine what it feels like to be working with that guy.
The other interviewer saw the train wreck and tried to salvage the situation by being more polite and complimentary, appreciated but didn't change the whole experience.
