I was put in touch with the position via a third party recruiter. I had my first interview with a natixis recruiter a couple days later. I decided not to move forward after that. There were a few red flags brought up that made me not want to proceed. They were very focused on why I wanted to leave my current role. I mentioned I was looking for more growth opportunity and the next step which was not currently available at my company.
