I interviewed with Native Teams and was genuinely interested in the role. Unfortunately, the experience left me dissatisfied. The company canceled our scheduled call on the very same day, citing that the position had already been filled. This felt unprofessional and dismissive of the time and effort I had invested. Hiring should be a fair and respectful process, not treated like a race where timing alone determines the outcome. While they mentioned being impressed with my profile, the communication and handling of the process did not reflect courtesy or consideration. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, as the way candidates are treated during recruitment speaks volumes about organizational values.
