Initial interview with hiring manager went fantastic seems like it was a slam dunk. Needed to have next interview with HR and that went great. Then GHOST.....heard absolutely nothing, despite reaching out to the hiring Director via email and hearing that she'll reach out to HR. Of course I didn't. Nationwide HR needs to get with the program and draft up an SOP on their hiring strategy.
