This was a very general interview. Their sales team was relatively small so they were looking for only 2 interns. I was asked all behavioral based questions. I met them at a career fair at my University. A couple weeks later, I was contacted by email to do a phone screening. After the phone screening, I was invited to do a one on one in Columbus. No insurance background needed.

Quick 30 min interview with Sales manager low pressure easy going process not hard questions they didn’t really make you feel bad at all and they were quick and direct with their questions but it was a good experience

Really a poor example of what interviewing has become. The interview was an automated question and answer. By the 2nd question I was so disgusted with it, that I could care less for the job and even less for the company.
