The interview process was very pleasant. The facilitators started by asking if I had any questions about the role itself and what the expectations were for the position, and then asked me to tell them a little bit about myself. I already held a position at the time which was always in close contact with the team I was applying for, so there was already some commonality. They asked me to clarify a few answers I gave, but seemed to listen intently.
