I was rushed through the process in about a week including a 2-hour on site interview. Much to my dismay, no one from the company reached out. Ghosting is all to common from companies these days and unfortunately I only found out I was not the candidate after no replies to my emails and seeing the job reposted. NEP ought to show respect to candidates who invest in the process and spend their own time and money to be hosted on site. Very unprofessional and glad I did not receive an offer.
