Great interview experience! The Hiring Manager (Marketing Manager) was enthusiastic and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, the managers I met with from the Marketing and Client Service Center teams were very welcoming and genuine and made me feel excited about joining their team.
The process:
(1) Hiring Manager reached out via email to schedule a 45-minute phone interview within 1 week of submitting my application/resume online. Phone interview included questions based on previous experience/projects and brief marketing-related technical case study.
(2) The next day, I was delighted to receive a call for a final, in-person interview the following week. Final interview consisted of 1 interview with 2 managers from their Client Service Center (CSC) and 1 final, more in-depth technical interview with the Hiring Manager. Everyone was very upbeat and friendly and I felt like I’d fit right in if hired!
(3) Within 1 week, the Hiring Manager called to offer me the position! I was in between other offers and was fortunate to be given 2 weeks to accept it—which I needed. Upon accepting the offer, I was able to get my start date pushed back a week in order to relocate (~60 miles). The Hiring Manager even offered to share their moving resources and tips on the area!
(4) Finally, during the weeks leading up to my start date, the Marketing Admin Assistant was more than helpful in making sure I’d have everything I needed on my 1st day.
