Overall there are 3 interviews, that culminate in a final panel interview where you present a short project. Interview process was smooth, but HR never told me I didn't get the job. After after time in 3 interviews and creating a project, I would think they could email a standard rejection letter. I had to email them twice just to confirm I didn't get it. Finally, almost a month later, I got a vague response about the position being closed. Maybe that's a standard HR practice but it was disappointing.
