Spoke with Center Director and faculty from campus. Seemed thrown together and very vague questions. No HR personnel throughout any hiring or onboarding processes. Honestly felt like they would hire anyone who would show up because they can't seem to hold onto anyone in this position for longer than 2 years
Simple interview with basic questions. I recommend having back ground in customer service for this position. Overall easy interview. Do some research on the college as well and you will be fine

Applied through Glassdoor, was contacted for an in-person interview with two interviewers. They were kind and warm, reviewed my experience and skills. Conducted a background check that took a little while.

Entretien
First step was a brief phone interview. Mostly reviewed my resume and discussed the position. Second step was a one on one, 45-minute in-person interview with two people. They worked through a list of questions while they took notes and gave me time to ask questions at the end. It felt conversational throughout.
