Thank you for the feedback. HR Representative did lose internet but was on the phone with the internet provider to resolve so was unable to answer the phone. By the time I was able to return the call, the candidate had left a message that she tried to get through but that now she was no longer interested in the position. I would have rescheduled the interview if she was still interested.
