I came in as a summer intern as part of a scholarship paid for by the NSF (scholarship for service). While working there for the summer, I many hiring managers viewed my resume. During that time, I was able to interview with three offices and accepted a position that the recruiting specialist recommended to me. One of the others, the interviewer did not seem very on the ball, and offered me the position without hardly interviewing me. The other position involved Assembly and C++ which I was not interested in. The job I accepted was perfect. I was interviewed by two female managers that seemed very positive and energetic. While I did not have a complete picture of what I would be doing, it was the positive culture that attracted me most.
