Interview process involves meeting many people from team you are interviewing with and cross functional teams. Everyone was nice — for the most part. You will meet with upper management as well. The interviews will be straight forward (a lot of scenario questions)...
I did about 4 days of interviews equaling 6+ hours, maybe more. They may or may not give a short notice of when your interviews are. I was given a somewhat short notice but made it happen because I wanted the role. I cleared my schedule.
The interviews were detailed (which I liked) and questions are welcome.
What could have been managed way better is the communication. I’ve interviewed with other companies who gave a short notice for interviews and I received an prompt update on where the hiring decision was standing. In this age of technology, a short note to candidates that gave a lot of their time, seems like a good trade off.
I gave a lot of my time and energy into the many interviews I did here and it would have been a little more professional on their part to send a quick note. I actually just didn’t hear back at all that’s how I obviously knew I didn’t get the role, radio silence ..
