A call is had with a non lawyer HR person.
Then a video interview with the manager and HR
The decision was communicated by telephone
It was easy for the first stage, there didnt seem much point to it honestly.
The second stage was being grilled on legal questions around care proceedings and meeting target.
Overall pretty easy

Entretien
One simple video interview for about an hour with a member of HR and a solicitor. Mostly about the experience I have had- not extensive technical questions. Good to have your own questions prepared beforehand.
