Initial communication with HR was good. They were flexible with screening interviews, which mainly consisted of going over my resume. My first interview consisted of meeting with the VP's of 3 different departments. My 2nd interview consisted of a critical thinking/personality assessment and a series of 3 more meetings on a departmental level.

Very quick process. Clearing house interview with HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager and head of the department. Total time from application to offer was roughly 3 weeks.
