The interview involved two part process. First part was technical, which tested for IQ and math questions. Second part was personality, which tested the candidate if he or she had the leadership and sales potential.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted. However, no response from the recruiter for weeks after the panel interview. Unprofessional
