Entretien
First phone screening for about 30 mins, if the command of English, some technical skills and confidence is there, then the onsite interviews follows ; Personality and Skill tests. If you're the one targeted they will arrange a lunch/dinner with candidates to gauge how is the behavior outside the interview.

Entretien
Basically an aptitude/technical interview where they asked questions related to software engineering(theory) and a programming question. Followed by an HR interview where they asked some basic questions about you experiences with projects and how you handled the roadblocks during the project.

The interview process consists of: - HR interview - technical interview - manager interview / team fit interview Technical interview contains development and experience related questions. If completed successfully the manager/team fit interview is more about soft skills and team fitting.

Entretien
Interview consists in an interview and an excel test. First you do the test, and then the interview . The interview is about your background and the test is to measure your ability using Excel
