Had a recruiter reach out to me and then become unresponsive over the next week. I sent multiple follow-up emails regarding setting up time for the initial phone screen. The phone screen went well, but the recruiter failed to set-up the next round with the hiring manager or get back to me after the manager asked to reschedule.

First round was a phone interview for 45 minutes.Lots of behavioral and experience based question. Next round was at National Grid office in Waltham for 30 minutes.The Director explained the position briefly and asked questions about my previous firm, academic project.
