Entretien
The first round was a digital interview via Hire Vue. They asked 5 questions which I had 1 minute to prepare for (each) then 4 chances (also each) to record an answer of up to 3 minutes. The questions were:
What interests you in National Grid and an apprenticeship?
Tell us about a time where you solved a problem when you had confusing information.
Tell us about a time you had to follow the rules.
Tell us about a time you had to learn a new skill.
Tell us about a time you did what was right, even though there was an easier option.

Short proficiency online test, if you make it through this stage you get a video interview at your own convenience, this is not face to face but rather responding to interview questions by videoing yourself

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and well organised. It consisted of an online video interview with pre-recorded questions focused on motivation, teamwork, safety, and learning new skills. Clear instructions were provided and the process felt fair and supportive.
