Online test, online video interview, online assessment center. Assessment center lasted for 3 hours and included individual and group discussion. The individual interview is competence based. they will give you the group material before group discussion.

It is conducted online, in other words, a virtual interview, where you can have a test at the beginning and can listen to your interview on a loop but only as a test. Up to the formal interview, it is not possible.
