J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez National Grid (Warwick, West Midlands, England) en févr. 2020
Entretien
Applied online, followed by online test and then telephone interview. Finally invited to assessment centre 3 months later. They send the interview questions before hand. For the telephone interview they send you 3 questions 2 weeks before.
For the assessment centre you will receive a pack with around 12 interview questions, they won't ask you all 12 just 4-5 questions from the list, however they do ask follow up questions from your answers so make sure you know what you are saying. They really like people who use the STAR method. Overall they are really really nice and friendly, the follow up questions where mostly how did it make you feel and what would you do differently.
After we had to do a presentation. We had 45 mins to prepare a presentation where we were given a pack containing information for 3 different renewable energy methods and had to present which one we would pick to build. They are mostly looking for you to show your intentions are based on customer focus and taking into account the concerns of the town you are building in.
Finally we did a group task. It was more like a game where there was a flood town and we have limited power and as a group had to decide which part of the town we would give power and which part we didn't.
Overall it was a nice experience. My biggest advice is really try to mix with the assessors during the breaks and lunch period because it helps show them what kind of person you are.
