I had one phone screen with my prospective boss and then one interview with one of his directors that reports to him. It was interesting. Short and relaxed. It was more of just getting to know each other. I'm helping with hiring now and my interview was very relaxed and easy in comparison to some of the other interviews I've sat in on. I think it's very dependent on who's holding the interview.
