Very succinct and to-the-point interview, and interviews were clear on expectations and qualifications. Took maybe 15 minutes or so, and I had a good idea of what steps were to be taken next if the interview was a success.

Panel interview and a little intense. I know that they also do a shadow trial run before offer to make sure it’s a good fit. I believe I had a few other people interview me as well.

Terrible HR! Job offer was rescinded simply for attempting to negotiate my salary. Low ball offer given, followed by an ultimatum. No job description was provided. Even worse, the HR rep applied to the job on my behave and then she withdrew my application on my behalf ("candidate withdrew application"). Pretty sure her behavior is illegal.

Interviewing with National General went really well, interviewer was kind and seemed really passionate about the position and company culture. All of the questions were straightforward and were not too difficult.
