Hey, you're a paramedic. You come highly recommended by one of our employees. When can you start? We are having orientation this Thursday and Friday. Can you attend? That about sums up my interview process. Not saying this is how they all go. My former supervisor was the employee who recommended me, so probably had a lot to do with it.
