Over the phone pre-screening with a program assistant. Was then scheduled for an interview (Skype) with two individuals from the Latin America department. After the interview I was asked to do a written examination which included a summary and a translation exercise. Was unable to continue with the process due to travel conflicts but I was told that they would keep my file active and I could continue with the hiring process upon my return. Before I even got back from my trip I received an email from them inquiring if I was still interested in the position (I was) and they scheduled me for another interview. Did the same interview again via Skype with two new individuals. A week after this interview I received an email stating I was not selected for the position.
