Phone screening with HR and then she would follow up with dates/times for interview with hiring manager. I was interviewed on TEAMS. The hiring managers were very friendly. They gave a description of the job then asked about 8-10 basic interview questions. Strengths, weaknesses, definitely looking for people who can work well with others and knows tech.
