I had a interview 1 month before their next training class. They sent out a CJO the same day of interview, that was to be signed and returned within 3 days. I personally dropped mine off to the office and the HR department lost my CJO packet with all my personal info and made me re-do it all over again, 1 week before start date, saying they don’t know where it is. They never responded back after numerous emails and calls to inquire about the next steps because i needed to give my current job a 2 weeks noice but wanted to make sure all was good first. Finally for a response back and unfortunately had to give a short notice to my job. They didn't even finish our background checks until the second week into training. Bottom line, this company is VERY disorganized and careless in their procedures. Hopefully after a union is established, they will get on the right path of Human Relations.

Full day event, 8am-3pm. Multiple steps: Introduction presentation of company, fishbowl questions for all candidates, group activity, individual panel interviews, drug tests (for those hired & accepted), overall a great experience
