J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Natilik (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2019
Entretien
I found the job advert through LinkedIn and then was called by their HR staff to ensure I was happy to proceed with the application. The interview process was very quick, and efficient. The interview process was a 3 stage process. First a face to face chat with the hiring manager, a second chat with another manager and then a final panel interview with a short prepped presentation. Throughout the process I really felt their importance to hire the right candidate. One who not only could they trust to do their job but one who would fit in with the culture of the company. They seem to really care about individual growth, opportunities, individuality and you as a person.
I was also very lucky to be interviewing around month end and so was invited to meet others in the team and company. I must admit this was the real turning point for me as it was great to speak to so many people of all levels and see for myself the warming atmosphere in the office, hear the proudness that employees have towards the company and most of all the true open door policy where everyone knows everyone.
It was a very difficult decision but unfortunately I did not end up taking the offer with Natilik, however I would 100% go back if things don't turn out in my new role elsewhere. I completely understand why they are 2nd in Great Place To Work and so highly rated on Glassdoor.
Thank you for making me feel so welcome and I look forward to having this opportunity again in the future.
