J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Natera
Entretien
My review of the interview process has little to do with the actual content of the interview but more to do with the way the interviewers presented themselves. The interviewers showed up with a hat and hoodie. Any questions they asked I answered. However I could tell they were pressed for time. I felt the interview was a drill of a set amount of yes and no questions and two STAR questions. There really was no conversation it felt more of an exam. When I responded the interviewers were often not paying attention and looked at their phones (which I am assuming as their hands were held a specific way and they were staring at something else). I found it unprofessional and a waste of my time/energy.
The company seems cool but the actual process of interviewing wasn’t the best. If they do not show importance to their candidates I would not want to work for them.
I applied 4 weeks ago and received an initial phone screening. It went well. The “final” interview invite came two weeks after through a zoom invite.
