OT was basically about some easy questions, The Video interview would take you 30 minutes, 1m for preparation and 2ms for answer. Didn't made it to AC.

Recorded video interviews. Seven big questions with lots of smaller questions included, two minutes to prepare and two minutes to speak. Before that there is an online test, at the end of which an evaluation report is sent.

After the application, there comes your assessment in a package deal- pass one before the other can be accessed. The assessment was anchored by Korn Ferry. It was sjt, math, logic then the interview stage.

The benefits you think teamwork can bring. 3. How will you build a trusted relationship with a colleague? 4. When have you quickly learned sth new to be able to complete a task or activity? Why was the learning important? What challenge did you come across and how did you manage them? How did you balance with other priorities? How you felt about learning sth new. 5. When have you used info and insight to solve a problem? What was the problem? How did you gather the information you needed? What other factors did you consider? How did you make sure the problem was solved successfully? 6. What are some new trends, ideas or tech that excite or inspire you? Why do they inspire you? When have you experimented with them?
