Completed short online application form, fairly standard questions on why RBS and why this division. Completed numerical reasoning and logical reasoning online tests. I was caught slightly off guard by unusual online tests which I had not seen before, required a degree of accuracy I was not expecting. I was invited to complete a motivational telephone interview. This interview required giving numerous examples of situations you have been exposed to in previous work in addition to the standard why questions.

Why have you applied for this particular division?
Started with 30 minutes of situational judgement test then I had to do numerical as well as logical reasoning test followed by an interview where the system asks you questions and you must respond under timer.

Entretien
Online test, followed by a phone interview. Interviewer was very polite and explained the process and timelines. What they were testing etc. They then gave very good feedback after the phone interview.
