Interview process was good. it was an initial 30 minutes video call with the manager. then a coding exercise and then a 2 hours video interview with the same manager. last round was divided in 1 hour for the coding exercise followup and 1 hour on leadership and culture based on natwest values
most disappointing part was the 1 liner automated rejection response . considering a candidate has spent at least 8-10 hours on the coding test and interview , he deserves a feedback more then the 1 line automated rejection .

Straight forward, honest, good feedback. Seems to be a really good place to work and I couldn't recommend it enough. I'll try again in the future. They let me know exactly where I could improve

They are very slow with the process. Initial screening round was done where basic questions related to my technology stack were asked.
In the second round, the interviewer asked questions around Angular and .Net and everything was going great. After 40 minutes the person asked if I had experience with SSIS and I said no. He then bluntly said that it's the main requirement and rejected my candidature based on that.
In my opinion, such things should be mentioned either in the job description or the screening round.
