It was a phone screening that I got from reaching out to senior marketing member. They forwarded my resume and HR contacted me for a phone screen. However, it only lasted 5 minutes and just sounded like the HR were really trying to know me or maybe already had candidates in mind. Overall, feel like it was just a process for the show.
