Very professional, with two rounds like MS Teams interview, first with the hiring manager and then a panel of people this role would regular collaborate with. The final round was an in-person 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. I simply had a bad day on the 1-on-1, but it was no reflection on the manager - would apply again.
