The interview process was so professional and efficient. You could tell the recruiter genuinely believes in the innovation that Narvar encompasses, and my 1:1 interview solidified my decision to join the team. The interview process was a seamless and positive experience. It consisted of a brief introductory phone call and two 1:1 video interviews. Everyone I spoke to talked so highly of the company and its culture. They were also very knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask questions which I appreciated.
