Initial call where we talked about my background and I was asked a few basic technical questions. I was also asked to code over the phone, which was pretty weird. Then I was asked to complete a 2 hr 3-part take-home technical, which I was able to complete with 100%. Then I was asked to come on-site and meet the team, where they first group of guys asked me brain teasers and the second group asked me to implement some code in their existing code base. I was able to complete the tasks and the briefly spoke to the cto. I was told that they would reach out and I never heard from them again. I took pto to come onsite and I spent a lot of time prepping. I’m disappointed that I was ghosted like that. Don’t waste your time.
