I had prior discussion with Napses HR about current compensation and expected one. Then Napses conducted 2 technical+ 1 Ceo rounds for the process and I cleared all 3 rounds. Then For the initial 3 weeks they told me we have frozen hiring for the Whole automation team. Then they came up with 'budget issue' for the position They have completely wasted my 5-6 weeks. Napses should have some professionalism, if you are not willing to process a candidate's profile so pls don't waste his time. Thank you so much Napses.
