3 Rounds of interview - including a combination of Meet Project Manager, Director then HR. Not much technical questions as compared to other IT industry. School seems more focused on the IT trend words than mastering a craft

Entretien
I was interviewed by the deputy director of the school I was applying for first. He checked through my resume and asked me questions about the jobs I did in the past. It's quite easy and relaxed.
There was a second interview when I passed the first one. I was interviewed by a panel of 4 persons, including the director of the school and an experienced staff. More stressed but questions are standard.
No test was given.
